Working with Roger on my personal fitness was a very positive experience. For someone
like me, who is larger, it can be very daunting, but Roger made me feel comfortable, and yet
challenged me to work hard to achieve my goals. He was both firm, but encouraging and
listened to any concerns I had. Roger understands that not all people are the same, and
neither is their home and work life balance, which is why each session is tailored to the
needs of the individual. I would highly recommend Roger as a personal trainer
Having roger as a personal trainer was like a breath of fresh air, I have never felt more comfortable working alongside someone like i have roger. I was concerned about how I looked, how I would keep up or if I could keep up during out sessions however, roger always fills me with confidence and support throughout I started noticing results Within the first few weeks I was losing inches I was more confident and looking forward to my next PT session as I always felt great after each workout I can’t thank Roger enough for giving me back my confidence and self belief in working out and feeling better within myself.
